A Little About Danielle...

There was a time when I had the title, the strategy, the hustle, and the paycheck—but no internal space to breathe. I was the one others relied on. The achiever. The one holding it all together.
Until I couldn’t.
The dismantling didn’t happen all at once. It came in waves—a disorienting season of motherhood and divorce in rapid succession, a professional rupture, a series of physiological symptoms, a disconnection from my body, my joy, my deeper knowing.
I had spent years overriding my nervous system, my instincts, and my desires—all in service of a life that looked good from the outside. But inside, it never felt like enough while also feeling like too much.
My healing began not with an aha moment, but with a slow painful unravelling of the identity I relied on in the world.
The pain and confusion catalyzed my willingness to dig deeper.
I began to reconnect with my body — and in doing so, I found my voice. Not the polished, productive voice I’d perfected in my career.
The real one. The rooted one. The one that knew when to soften, when to speak, and when to stay still.
Today, I guide women through transitions that don’t come with a map:
Career shifts. Relationship reckonings. The wild terrain of perimenopause.
The quiet unraveling that comes from a life that no longer fits — and the sacred work of rebuilding something that does.
My work blends:
Somatic coaching and nervous system regulation
Shadow work and emotional integration
Soulful strategy and real-world clarity
A deep, intuitive honoring of each woman’s rhythm
This isn’t coaching that pushes you to optimize.
It’s coaching that helps you slow down, tune in, and become whole.
A few things I believe:
Transitions are initiations, if we learn how to hold them.
Emotions aren’t problems—they’re portals.
Sensation is a sacred language.
You don’t have to “figure it all out” to begin.
The body never lies. And you don’t have to heal alone.
